Replying to LO27155 --
Robert Fritz's book, "The Path of Least Resistance" has some great
exercises. Also Rick Ross' "Moments of Awareness" exercise in the 5th
Discipline Fieldbook works well. You can do this with the whole class
and/or have them do it with each other. Regular scheduled time for
comparing notes/progress in the personal mastery discipline would be
essential to help students integrate it. Hope this helps.
