Can Anyone Help???
I am working with a major governemntal agency, with 1,000s of employees. I
want to include in my training the systemic development of core values,
and conclude with creation of a relationship agreement for each unit.
However, I find that the lists of values are extensive and impossible to
apply cross culturally. Can you help me identify the "core" principles
that are most common among organizations in the US. If I can pre-determine
15-20 that are the most common and cover the core for most people, I can
create a fun process by which each group indentifies their values. Can you
help me find such a list? I have a list of core human "desires", but it is
not quite on point. I am thanking you in advance.
