Hello Joe and readers,
Nice joke.
And the question is as old as business schools: "what makes organisations
turn into Bozo-machines?"
Perhaps all management consultancy firms should change themselves into ice
cream shoppes.
Here in The Netherlands one small consultancy firm has changes itself into
a cafe, art-shop and publisher. They call themselves "De oplichterij".
This word has several meanings - ambiguity is the core of every
organisation -: "swindle", "uplifting", "illumination". Recently they
illuminated "knowledge management", KM.
