Hello everyone,
I am a co-op student working on a learning organization project. I am
wondering if anyone in this group can provide me with some further insight
into this topic. My question is: As an employee in a learning organization
what are your roles, responsibilities and accountabilities with respect to
learning? I am only looking for real examples not theory-based examples.
