Ellery July,
You might want to look into some of the restorative justice approaches,
and how they can be applied to workplace settings. A good place for
information is the Colorado Forum for Restorative Justice, or the Longmont
Community Justice Partnership (office 303 651 8879).
(Transformative) mediation approaches can also be very useful (just check
amazon, there is literature out there).
I have worked with both models, mainly in the community setting, and found
them effective. When working with corporate clients, my focus is generally
on cross-cultural topics (which includes conflict!), but haven't focused
exclusively on healing and reconciliation.
CDR Associates (you'll find them on the web) in Boulder might be a good
resource for you, too.
Best regards,
Sabine
