This may be circular, and if so, so be it. In my mind -- and heart -- the
button of intrinsic motivation is found under the following circumstances:
First, you have a burning agenda of how you want to invest your life.
Call it a vision, a mission, a life plan, call it whatever you will. It
is your passion. Second, identify what activities lead toward your
passion, and make those your highest priorities. Third, see how it feels.
If it isn't quite right, re-check your burning agenda, then re-check your
activities. My epxerience is if you follow this, your button will be
pushed.
