Scott, a lot of the reading I've been doing centers around the "generation
X" values, which are very real, when you consider how different the world
is for kids growing up now v. those of us who manage these kids when they
get in the work force. The Gen Xer's are the first group that have been
computer literate since the first grade. Check out this web site for more
