The term Quality of Work Life is fairly commonly used in organizational
work and is part of the standard nomenclature of Socio-Technical Systems
work. Check the work of Emery & Trist, also later works from Emery &
Emery to see how they have used and defined QWL in their work. There are
some standard criteria put for in the research around these that you can
also find in these works.
