Replying to LO17984 --

Hi Jason,

Firstly, i like the name, Quantum Solutions. Secondly, off course, skills
are needed to intentionally develop a Learning Organisation, or else it
wouldn't be an art and a practice. I should have added "mainly" to:
"(routing to) the promissed land of Learning Organisation is still a
combination of courage and luck."

Mainly, i like to restate, i expect Learning Organisation development to
stop because every process has a beginning, growth, stagnation and an end
(locally, calling a successful example a LOcal). (remember: organisations
are a means to an end :-D) However the development of Learning
Organisations, as a superimposed set of trials, successes, failures errors
and finally changes in the environment will continue (genarally, naming
these complex interacting processes a gLObal). So act LOcal and create
gLObal.

Kind regards,

Jan Lelie
