Thank you, Doc for your definition of leadership. We are reaching 100
responses, many of them off-list. We'll offer a way to look at them soon.

And may I ad in this post that I agree with Gene Taurman that the summary
of Senge's keynote was very valuable. Reading pieces like that encourages
me to think that there is a wave of spirit and intelligence building to
actions that will truly transform organizations and public life. I know
one can look like a fool for such declarations but belief is one powerful
way of sense-making.
