Dear Colleagues,

First off, please forgive me if this question isn't quite "on point" for
Learning Org.

One of my clients is interested in providing training on Root Cause
Analysis. This is not my area of expertise, so I told her I'd pose the
query around some of the listservs I subscribe to.

Given all the systems thinkers here, I was hoping someone might be able to
point me in the direction of someone who provides, or who has used such a
program.

Thanks for your help...and if anyone is interested in a summary of the
responses I get, just let me know.
