Same observation is noted, and I see some limitation and constraints
in this Discussion list forum:

a) As the name suggests, it is "dicussion in nature", with tendency
towards much intellectualization, hence little action, experimentation,
exploration etc.

b) There is no shared vision among the list group, nor among a smaller
group (in term of bring forth their learning on the list) - a shared
vision leading to action personal master, changing mental model etc.

However this discussion forum is useful to me in many other ways : that is
those have similar frequency with mine, we go on into deeper insights and
action and learning through email, my homepage and many of such learning
deposits in Internet Knowledge database i.e. Outsights
http://www.outsights.com for further interaction, action and learning.
