Replying to LO20245 --

I think that in any healthy system there is an ebb and flow of energy that
manifests itself as spiritual, creative and/or perceptive behavior and
relating. We are each accountable and responsible to one another to
generate or respond to these energies and to nurture our system and our
connections so that we can generate and respond to these energies.

When systems grow so large that it becomes necessary to label and define
our roles, bureaucracy (hardening of the arteries) is introduced and the
phenomenon that At alludes to becomes quite apparent. I suspect that in
Sherri's organization she often manifests characteristics of spiritual,
creative and perceptive leader.

Doc

"Mindfulness is the practice of aiming your attention, moment to moment,
in the direction of your purpose. It is called mindfulness because you
have to keep your purpose in mind as you watch your attention. Then
whenever you notice that your aim has drifted off, you calmly realign it."
