I would add just one dimension to the wonderful list of ideas proffered by
Prof. Dash--that's the concept of living organizations, predicated on the
similarity between organizational communications networks ("digital"
nervous systems) and automated experiential/knowledge bases that use
associative-relational processes (memories) found in complex adaptive
organizations and biological systems. Learning organization takes on a
new meaning when viewed in this context.
