DP - You are right about the means through which visions emerge. I was
searching for direction/counsel for when situation # 1 occurs. And to
phrase it a bit differently:

How might this person help others, especially the late adapters, process,
accept, embrace, endorse or buy into the vision (as is or adjusted/some
collaborative adaptation)?
