I would like know, if there is, a structured approach of sharing
knowledge gained from training (seminar, courses, workshop etc) in an
organization. Curently, all I know is that knowledge can be shared through
intranet, forums, face to face discussion etc.
If anyone has anything to contribute, would appreciate it.
