Working Smarter vs. Working Harder LO30270

Well you should believe that some people are smarter than others. It gets
proven everyday and in many ways. You can do all types of measurements and
see that intelligence can be measured. What I have learned is just because
I am smarter then some people (many are smarter then me) does not mean I
am right.

We confuse being smarter and/or working smarter as the right way to work.
